About Ashen Watch

Ashen Watch drops you into the boots of a guardian defending Princess Elira's final stronghold against an unrelenting siege. Waves of enemies hammer the castle walls, and you must cut them down before they breach the keep. Combat is straightforward—your guardian auto-attacks anything close—but between waves you choose one roguelike perk from a random pool: maybe an arrow volley that shreds clusters, chain lightning that leaps between foes, a fiery sword spin, or a dodge roll to slip through danger. Coins earned in the fight unlock permanent stat boosts and cosmetic armor back at the menu.

The campaign spans twenty waves, punctuated by boss encounters and short story cinematics every five rounds. Eight distinct enemy types keep you adapting, and each perk combination can flip your strategy.
