About Museum Night Shift

Museum Night Shift is a turn-based puzzle game where you play as a security guard trying to outsmart a thief prowling a hex-grid museum. Each move you make triggers the thief's next step, so you need to think several turns ahead to cut off escape routes and corner your target. Use floor switches to toggle security gates, forcing the thief into dead ends or away from the precious emerald on display. The goal is either to prevent the theft entirely or, if the thief grabs the gem, to chase them down and recover it before they slip away.

You'll work through 50 carefully designed shifts across five different museum wings on Poki Games, earning coins for quick, efficient captures that you can spend filling out your exhibit album. There's no timer counting down, so you can take all the time you need to plot the perfect interception. Once you've secured every gallery, a New Game+ mode unlocks with double coin rewards for those who want an even greater challenge.
